Watch Hill Firefighters set aside the 5th Tuesday of those months that have them for our department's "Family Night." Family and friends of the Watch Hill Firefighters are invited to spend time together relaxing with fellow members and their guests. This month, our theme was "Party in the Village." We were able to gather at the newly restored Lanphere Livery at 1 Bay Street for the epicenter of our event.

Highlights included rides on our new Marine 101 and Marine 100. Guests were also treated to rides and a history lesson aboard a local charter boat "Encore" with WHFD Firefighter and boat owner Captain Jack Spratt. Jack also shared with us his Model T for rides around the village.

Families enjoyed a delicious dinner from the Buon Appetito food truck and Watch Hill Firefighter James Nicholas donated ice cream from Saint Clare Annex for all to enjoy.

The WHFD sincerely thanks all of the members of our department who volunteer their time to serve the community and appreciate the dedication of their families who support them. Without them we could not function.

A fun night was had by all and we look forward to our next event.
